Pecha Kucha Birmingham – Volume 7

November 3, 2012 by Craig Bush

If you don’t know what Pecha Kucha is, a brief explanation would be local talkers discussing a topic of their choice, accompanied by 20 slides and 20 seconds for each slide. For a better explanation check out an old CiB blog post here. The recent gatherings (with the last being 25th September and many of the talks that night can be watched here) have included talks on Birmingham Zombie attacks, F1 in pubs and even a bit of improvisational comedy. A rather nice broad range of local interests and talents.

But what is even more exciting is that the 7th session of Pecha Kucha will be taking place on November 14th at the Rose Villa Tavern. The evening begins at 7pm and is free! Talkers haven’t been announced as of yet and there may still be the possibility to put your name forward if there is something you wish to share.

More info will be updated on the Birmingham Pecha Kucha site, but follow them on Twitter, check out their Facebook page and register that you’ll be attending with their Eventbrite.

See you there.
