b-ART-er

b-art-er

As part of Inhabit‘s pop up arts and tearooms, Curator5 presents b-ART-er. Opening on 25 November, they’re taking over an empty shop in the Pavillions to showcase an exhibition with artists Michael Bold, Chris Clinton, Alex Lockett, Adam Radley, Lisa Roffey and Tim Stock.

The space will be filled with contemporary art including video, action, installation, and graffiti, used to represent the recent recession, revealing the fragility of the current economic system.

The project will ask how the economy can emerge stronger and work more sustainably, and see if there’s an economic utopia we can aspire to.

b-ART-er will be open to the public on Thursday 25 at 5pm – 7pm / Friday 26 & Saturday 27 at 9am – 6pm / Sunday 28 at 10:30am – 4:30pm.
