  1. The history is great but begs the question – Shouldn’t this be more than restaurants? Instead of ruining the great open space, shouldn’t this move down a bit to help with Eastside? Say below the church/park st.

  2. I think that space had been problematic for them for a while – the steps around there are almost always closed off for one reason or another. And I’d imagine that spot is an easier sell to potential tenants than further down by Park St.
