The schedule for the incredibly multi-genre Rootsville festival is coming together nicely. As you’ll recall the event has a novel ticketing system. The first chunk, from noon til 6pm, is free. Then from 6pm to 6am it’s £15 (adv). The free section is shaping up to be well worth your time too with the Birmingham Community Gospel Choir, Chrissy Van Dyke, Steve Gibbons and Soweto Kinch all performing during the day along with the recently confirmed Young Zulu Warriors from South Africa.
