Had the information below through from Birmingham City Council, thought it might interest people looking for funding from BCC who are intending on doing a festival next year. I’ve not actually read through it in great detail so I’ll leave that with you.

Please find details attached of the invitation to apply for inclusion in to the Birmingham Festivals Calendar.
This stage is fairly light touch but your event must be included in the calendar to be eligible for any funding so please note the 15th November deadline to submit details for consideration by the Festivals Board.
Hopefully the guidance notes / criteria are self-explanatory but if you have any queries please call one of our officers on the number indicated in the documents.
