Park Life is a novel by Katharine D’Souza that is set in Birmingham, more specifically the area’s of Moseley and Kings Heath. It is about neighbours who think all they share is the same post code until they discover common ground where they least expect it. The story follows Craig and Susan as each faces problems with jobs, family and romance.
The most important factor surrounding this novel is that it is based in Birmingham and aims to allow the reader to explore Birmingham’s suburbs and city centre in a positive way to reflect what a vibrant and friendly place it is to live. Something which the author has experienced spending most of her adult life living in Birmingham.
