I dunno, I think there are a fair few out there. I quick search on ‘Birmingham UK’ says there are 469 (https://twitter.com/tw/search/users?q=birmingham+uk) and that’s just the people putting that as their location.

Doesn’t seem like there are all that many people in Brum using Twitter, hopefully more people will catch on soon.
